Volley Boréal offers two types of indoor volleyball: Open Play Sessions and the Monday Competitive League.

General Information — Open Play Sessions
ℹ️ How It Works
  • Teams will be formed by a session coordinator.
  • Organized 6-on-6 open play.
  • Saturday sessions are intended for recreational-level players.
  • Sunday sessions are intended for intermediate and advanced-level players.
  • Mixed-gender activity where participation and game rules are applied regardless of gender identity.
🚨 Volleyball Québec Membership Required
A Volleyball Québec membership is required to participate in Volley Boréal indoor volleyball activities.

TeamPulse
Volley Boréal's primary communication platform
TeamPulse is used by Volley Boréal to communicate with participants before, during and after activities. We encourage all participants to join the TeamPulse channels associated with their activities.

  • Open to members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.
  • Players of all skill levels are welcome.
  • More experienced participants are encouraged to contribute to the development and enjoyment of the entire group.

Open play sessions are a great way to play and have fun, but if you want to develop your technical and tactical skills, our coach-led training clinics are an excellent complement.

  • Wednesday open play takes place immediately following the training clinic. To prioritize clinic participants, the number of spots available for open play will be determined every Tuesday and Wednesday based on clinic registrations received.
