Notice of Meeting

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of Volley Boréal, which will be held:

Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:30 PM

Mix’Heure, 4282 rue Saint-Denis, Montréal

A document outlining proposed bylaw amendments will be sent prior to the AGM.

Board member terms are two (2) years. Executive positions are assigned by the board following the AGM.

This year, five (5) positions are up for election, including three (3) currently filled on an interim basis.

We currently have a sufficient number of candidates. However, if you are motivated and wish to contribute, we still encourage you to apply.

Please note that eligibility criteria apply.

Eligibility

To serve on the board, you must be legally eligible.

• Minors are not eligible
• Persons under guardianship
• Persons declared legally incapable
• Undischarged bankrupt individuals
• Anyone legally prohibited from serving

If ineligibility occurs during a term, the administrator must step down.
