ODYSSÉE TOURNAMENT

Volley Boréal, Montreal’s LGBTQ+ volleyball club, is happy and proud to invite you to the 27th edition of the ODYSSÉE tournament, which will take place over the Easter weekend, from April 4 to April 5, 2025.

COMPETITION FORMAT
The ODYSSÉE is a competitive tournament. Teams from the AA, A, and BB levels make up the Competitive Division and will compete together in the first round of qualification. After that, teams will be placed in pools of similar skill level. Players do not need to be ranked or belong to an association to participate.
Teams from the B and C levels form the Recreational Division and will also compete together in the first round of qualification. They will then be placed in pools of similar skill level. Players do not need to be ranked or belong to an association to take part in the tournament.

The Gala will take the form of a show night with a DJ, and appetizers will be served.
We will welcome you starting at 7:00 PM after the first day of the tournament, on Saturday evening, April 4, 2026.
This year, you must reserve your spot to attend the Gala, whether you are an athlete or a guest. The reservation fee is $5.00 for athletes. A limited number of additional guest tickets will be available for purchase.
REGISTRATION
Registration fees are based on teams of 7 players.
Please add $30 for each additional player by selecting the EXTRA option in the registration form.
All athletes must reserve their spot for the GALA at a cost of $5.00.
A limited number of individual spots will be available for the Recreational Division. Simply select the Individual Registration - Recreational Division option for registration at a cost of $135.00 during pre-registration and $142.00 starting from February 1, 2026. Indicate your skill level and mention in the comments if you wish to be placed on the same team as another person. We will follow up with you during the registration period and assign a team captain. You will then be invited to join a group to facilitate communication with your team.
To register as an individual player for the recreational league, please select Recreational Division and the Individual registration format in the registration process.
Early Bird Registration
The early bird registration fee is $940, for the period from December 30, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
Payment must be received BEFORE the deadline to benefit from the discount.
You must reserve your spot for the GALA at a cost of $5.00.
Late Registration
The registration fee is $990, for the period from February 1, 2026 to March 27, 2026.
Payment must be received BEFORE the deadline to benefit from the discount.
You must reserve your spot for the GALA at a cost of $5.00.
Important Informations:
April 3, 2026: The welcome evening will be held at Le Cocktail Bar, located at 1669 Rue Sainte-Catherine E, Montréal from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM(No payments will be accepted during the evening).
April 4, 2026: Qualification day
April 5, 2026: Pool play competition day, based on ranking
The daily schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
